DO NOT CALL US # Technical Support & Web Development Specialist (WordPress, Wix, Calendly & Business Systems) ### About Us We're a luxury bridal alterations and custom gown atelier based in Toronto. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional client experience, and we're continuously improving our digital systems to support that experience. We're looking for a reliable technical support professional who can become our go-to expert for website development, platform troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing technical improvements. This is **not** a full-time role. Instead, we're looking for someone we can call on whenever technical projects or issues arise. ## What You'll Help With You'll assist us with a wide variety of technical tasks, including: * WordPress development and maintenance * Wix troubleshooting (during our transition) * Calendly setup and optimization * Website updates and improvements * Plugin installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Form integrations * CRM integrations (Airtable, Notion, etc.) * Google Workspace integrations * Zapier and automation troubleshooting * SEO technical fixes * Website speed and performance improvements * DNS, domain, and hosting configuration * Email deliverability and website-related technical issues * API integrations when required * General troubleshooting across our technology stack Essentially, if it's technical and web-related, we'd like someone we can rely on instead of spending hours figuring it out ourselves. ## Our Tech Stack Experience with some or most of the following is preferred: * WordPress * Wix * Calendly * Zapier * Airtable * Notion * Google Workspace * Google Calendar * Gmail * Slack * Cloudflare (bonus) * HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP * WordPress plugins and theme customization ## What We're Looking For * Strong problem-solving skills * Excellent troubleshooting abilities * Able to explain technical issues in simple language * Responsive and dependable * Detail-oriented * Comfortable working independently * Able to recommend better solutions instead of simply completing tasks * Experience with small business websites and business systems ## Engagement * Ongoing freelance relationship * Work provided on an as-needed basis * Flexible hours * Potential for long-term partnership as our business grows ## To Apply Please include: 1.
