AI Agent Developer Needed to Enhance Existing AI Agent ,Complex Workflows

We already have a functional AI agent built, and we're looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to enhance it further , improving its ability to handle complex workflows, multi-step reasoning, and edge cases. This is a part-time role to start (~10 hrs/week), with room to grow into a larger/ongoing engagement based on fit. Problems we're currently facing: The agent struggles with complex, multi-step workflows and long-running tasks Decision-making logic breaks down in edge cases or ambiguous inputs RAG retrieval isn't always accurate or context-aware enough Integrations with external tools/APIs need to be more robust and reliable Error handling and fallback logic need improvement for smoother recovery when something goes wrong Overall agent orchestration needs to scale better as complexity increases What we need: Enhance an existing AI agent (LangGraph / multi-agent orchestration) Design and implement complex workflow logic, multi-step reasoning, and conditional decision trees Improve RAG pipeline (Pinecone/vector search) accuracy and retrieval quality Strengthen FastAPI backend, API integrations, and data flow reliability Improve prompt engineering and agent reasoning/decision-making Build automation workflows connecting the agent to other platforms (CRM, GoHighLevel, Shopify, etc.) Add voice AI capability if needed (Vapi, Deepgram, TTS) Implement robust error handling, fallback logic, and recovery for complex workflows Make the agent production-ready, stable, and scalable Please do not send generic proposals, I am looking for someone who can think out of the box solutions not just a vibe coder.
