AI Systems Architecture

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company with ambitious goals. Our mission is simple: use AI and automation to increase the output, efficiency, and impact of every team member by 10x while maintaining or improving quality. We already have a strong team that can map workflows, execute plans, test processes, and support implementation. What we need now is an exceptional AI Systems Architect who can lead the design and execution of a company-wide automation strategy. The Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI Systems Architect to help transform our business through AI, automation, and operational systems. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities across departments, designing scalable automation frameworks, and overseeing the implementation of systems that dramatically increase productivity and performance. This is not a theoretical role. We are looking for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and can turn ideas into working systems. Responsibilities Audit existing workflows across the business and identify automation opportunities Design AI-powered systems that increase team output by 10x Build and oversee automation architectures using AI tools, agents, APIs, and workflow platforms Work closely with our operations, marketing, creative, customer support, and leadership teams Create clear implementation roadmaps and prioritize high-impact opportunities Establish quality-control systems to ensure automation improves results rather than sacrificing quality Manage automation projects from concept to deployment Continuously optimize and improve existing systems Requirements Proven experience building advanced AI and automation systems Deep understanding of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs, and AI agents Strong systems-thinking and process-design skills Experience integrating multiple software platforms and workflows Ability to lead complex projects and execute quickly Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong ownership mentality and obsession with results What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you will: Identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities across the company Build systems that significantly increase team productivity Reduce manual work across departments Create repeatable processes that scale with the business Help establish an AI-first culture throughout the organization Why Join Us?
