AI Workflow Developer for Shopify Agency Operating System

Overview We’re Pluro, a lean Shopify/ecommerce growth agency building a smarter internal operating system across ClickUp, Slack, Claude, Figma and client reporting workflows. We’re looking for an AI developer / automation engineer to help us build practical AI-powered workflows that improve delivery speed, reporting, briefing, audit creation, task management and client visibility. This is not a generic chatbot project. We want someone who can help us build useful tools that reduce manual work, improve quality and help a small team deliver like a much larger agency. What We Need Help With We want to build and improve workflows such as: ClickUp task creation, grooming and ticket enrichment AI-generated briefs from Slack messages, client notes and meeting transcripts SOP and knowledge suggestions attached to tickets Automated delivery health summaries Client/account traffic-light reporting Audit and roadmap generation workflows Case study and proof asset workflows Client reporting dashboards Internal “Pluro OS” tools for delivery visibility and recommendations Integrations between ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive, Figma, Claude/OpenAI and Shopify data where relevant Ideal Experience You should have experience with: OpenAI / Claude APIs Automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n or custom workflows ClickUp API Slack API Google Drive / Docs APIs Building lightweight internal tools or dashboards Prompt engineering and structured outputs Web apps using tools like React, Next.js, Node.js, Python or similar Shopify / ecommerce experience is a bonus Agency workflow experience is a major bonus What Success Looks Like The right person will help us move from manual processes to repeatable systems. Examples: A Slack message or meeting transcript can become a clean ClickUp brief A new ticket can automatically pull in relevant SOPs or past examples A weekly delivery report can build itself Account risks can be surfaced before they become problems Audit and strategy workflows become faster and more consistent How We Like To Work We move quickly, but we care about quality. We don’t want over-engineered systems. We want practical tools that work, can be iterated, and genuinely save the team time. You’ll work directly with the founder initially to map workflows, build MVPs, test them with the team and improve them.
