Claude Code Full-Stack Developer for Cross-Platform Property Management App

We are looking for an experienced AI-assisted full-stack developer to build a property management application for web and mobile. The app will support a residential portfolio and include maintenance/work orders, inspections, turnovers, lease renewals, rent collection, tasks, calendars, expenses, photos, voice input, and reporting. The developer should have strong hands-on experience with Claude Code—first creating screen mockups and user flows, then generating clean, scalable, production-ready code—and experience deploying cross-platform applications. The project will follow an incremental, modular approach with working features and weekly demonstrations. The ideal candidate understands app architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, role-based access, Git, testing, and cloud deployment, and can use efficient planning, documentation, and context management to optimize AI token usage.
