Simple game using VR

I am currently developing a Virtual Reality project that is basically a classroom where a student enters to watch a lesson. I have already finished modeling the classroom (I can send you the file if you'd like). I need you to implement the following functionalities: Player spawning, walking/movement, and camera controls. A feature that allows the player to sit down in a specific chair. Once the player is seated, the computer screen at that desk should automatically start playing a video. The player must be locked in the chair and only allowed to stand up once the video finishes playing. Additionally, this project needs to be fully functional and compatible with Meta VR headsets.
