Full-Stack Developer – AI Agent Workflows for Enterprise HR & Admin Portal

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build and expand our custom organization-wide HR, Administration, and Leave Management web application. Tha candidate should have hands on experience in development and AI workflow development. This project requires integrating intelligent AI automation and robust enterprise authentication layers into the application architecture. Functions and Features to be Included (Based on Wireframe): 1. Authentication & Security Layer Microsoft Entra ID Integration: Secure Single Sign-On (SSO) utilizing Microsoft Entra ID to handle enterprise identity management. Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA): Mandatory 2FA login flow ensuring strict security controls across the portal. System-Wide Security Logging: Seamless tracking of access and authentication operations, managed and visible via the specialized "Audit Log" and "Employees" sidebar administration modules. 2. Core Modules & Sidebar Navigation Dashboard View: Centralized "Admin Overview" display that tracks organization-wide leave requests, expiring certificates, and pending administrative tasks. My HR Section: Distinct employee-facing modules for personal Leave tracking, Reimbursement claims, Payslips access, and professional Certifications management. Company Section: Shared directory tools including a corporate Directory, policy documentation portal, and a custom Email Signature configuration manager. Administration & Operations Section: Advanced administrative control panels comprising an HR Assistant, Employee roster, Payroll processing engines, corporate Card Spend trackers, a Master Company Calendar, and a granular Audit Log. 3. Analytics & Interactive Components "At a Glance" Metrics Cards: Visual data counters mapping out numerical states for Pending Leave, Approved Monthly Leave, Expiring Certs (within 90 days), Expired Certs, and Pending Reimbursements awaiting manager approval. Team Leave Calendar: A fully interactive, color-coded grid schedule incorporating current date markers, approved workforce time-off, and public holidays (e.g., Vesak Day). 4. Intelligent AI Agent Workflows Auto-Certification Agent: An integrated AI agent worker that autonomously triggers certification verification processes and updates statuses directly inside the system's Certifications module. Leave Prediction Agent: An intelligence agent designed to evaluate, parse, and analyze inbound team leave requests to pass predictive insight data back into the main Admin Overview engine. Required Technical Stack & Experience: Frontend: Proficient in building responsive, high-fidelity UI dashboards using modern libraries/frameworks (React, Vue, or Tailwind CSS) following the high-end minimalist design parameters of the reference file. Identity Management: Proven track record configuring OpenID Connect (OIDC) / OAuth2 with Microsoft Entra ID alongside standard multi-factor setups. AI Engine Implementation: Experience linking LLM orchestration tools or backend workers (like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or standalone cron-based AI agents) to parse data and update state databases programmatically. Security Practices: Strong awareness of developing secure audit trails, access management structures, and enterprise role-based access logic.
