Python Developer for File Comparison

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can help me compare two very large file inventories to identify files that have been deleted or moved. Here's the situation: * I had a large number of files deleted from my computer. * My computer was syncing with Dropbox, so many of those deletions were also synced to Dropbox. * I contacted Dropbox Support, and they told me they may be able to recover many of the deleted files if I can provide them with an accurate list of the missing files. * I currently have: * A generated list containing over 10,000 files that are believed to be missing. * A generated list of the files that currently exist on my desktop/computer. * The challenge is that I need to accurately compare these two lists and determine which files are actually missing versus which may have simply been moved or renamed. I've tried using AI and writing Python scripts myself, but I haven't been able to produce a correct list. Because Dropbox's recovery depends on this list being accurate, I need someone experienced with handling large file inventories who can compare the data and generate a reliable report of the missing files.
