Redraw & Modify House Plan CAD

I have the original house layout on hand which was produced with Chief Architect X17 but only have pdf in hand. Now need it reproduced as a clean, fully editable CAD file. While redrawing, please incorporate one major design change: the ridge height of the roof must be lowered throughout the plan...
