Simple URL Shortener Application

You need to develop a small full-stack application in TypeScript. Functionality: * User enters URL via web form. * System generates short code (for example: abc123). * Saving links in memory or SQLite. * When clicking on a short link, a redirect to the original URL occurs. * Displaying a list of created links. Technologies: * Backend: Node.js + Express + TypeScript * Frontend: React + TypeScript * Database: SQLite or in-memory storage Result: * Working frontend and backend. * README with launch instructions. * Code in GitHub repository or ZIP archive.
