Fixing a PHP Script

Hi, I need someone to fix a PHP/Laravel script that currently does following: 1) It fetches a link from our database, and then goes to that URL, and tries to fetch some information from the target URL 2) Inputs that information into our db 3) Sends out an email with the information Right now there is some glitch and its not working correctly. I need someone to fix this flow. Thanks
