Full Stack Website for Gym Business

I need a full stack website for a gym business. Clients should be able to register with their membership number, which must be approved by an admin. They can take online training sessions and view their training history. The website should also allow clients to book classes and view their booking history. Additionally, it should have a payment system for membership and class bookings. I am open to ideas and will appreciate if you can come up with concept design along with your proposals.
