IT/Automation Specialist – n8n Web Scraping & Data Analysis Workflow Optimization

Description: I'm looking for an experienced automation specialist to help fine-tune existing n8n workflows that handle web scraping and data analysis. Current setup: n8n workflows pulling data from multiple sources (web scraping, APIs, feeds) Downstream processing/analysis steps that need optimization Some integration with AI/LLM steps in the pipeline What I need help with: Debugging and improving reliability of existing scraping workflows (handling failures, rate limits, structural changes on target sites) Optimizing data processing/transformation steps for speed and accuracy General n8n troubleshooting and best-practice cleanup Recommendations on where the current architecture is fragile or inefficient Ideal candidate: Strong hands-on experience with n8n (not just Zapier/Make) Comfortable with web scraping techniques and common blockers (anti-bot measures, dynamic content, pagination) Experience with data pipelines/ETL and basic data validation Bonus: experience integrating LLM/AI steps into automation workflows Scope: Starting with a paid audit/diagnostic of the current workflows, with potential for ongoing work if it's a good fit.
