Need to SPEED UP my eCommerce Site

I just launched a new eCommerce store and it's load time is horrible. Too slow. I need someone to look inside and fix. WooCommerce. All images are image paths via EXMAGE plugin. All images are webp. Should I change server? Website: proclaimshirts.com I cannot change the site design.
