Job Description We are looking for an experienced web scraping specialist who is highly proficient with Scrapebox and other data extraction tools. Your primary responsibility will be to identify online data sources, scrape business information, clean the data, and deliver organized datasets that can be imported into our CRM and marketing systems. This is an ongoing position for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Use Scrapebox to scrape targeted business data. * Identify the best online sources for finding businesses that match our criteria. * Extract business information including (when available): * Business Name * Owner Name * Website * Email Address * Phone Number * Industry / NAICS * Address * City / State * Social Media Profiles * Other custom fields as requested * Remove duplicate records. * Verify and clean data. * Organize results into Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets. * Follow detailed instructions regarding search criteria and filtering. * Deliver accurate, high-quality datasets. Requirements * Extensive experience using Scrapebox. * Experience with web scraping, lead generation, and data mining. * Ability to scrape large datasets efficiently. * Experience with proxies, harvesting, footprint searches, and search operators. * Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. * High attention to detail. * Excellent English communication. * Ability to work independently. Nice to Have * Experience with Python scraping. * Knowledge of APIs. * Experience with Airtable. * Experience with CRM imports. * Experience with Make.com or automation platforms. * Familiarity with LinkedIn scraping and enrichment tools.
