Create Puppet with Webcam Tracking

I need someone to take my artwork and build a puppet in Character Animator. I want the mouth and eyes to track with me on my webcam. The project involves creating a puppet that can be controlled by webcam input, ensuring a realistic and engaging animation experience. I also want the tentacles to just sway when I move my head.
