EasyEDA Pro Consumer PCB Layout

I have a finished schematic that drives a small consumer-electronics device and now need the full PCB layout completed in EasyEDA Pro. The design carries roughly 90 mixed-tech components, yet everything has to fit inside a board footprint no larger than 10 cm²... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: Arduino, Assembly, Circuit Design, Documentation, Electronics, PCB Layout, Prototyping, Simulation)
