Mobile App and Web Dashboard Development for Tire Scanning

We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team or developer to build a cross-platform mobile application and a web-based dashboard within a 3-week timeline. Project Scope Mobile APP - Develop a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter. - Support both iOS and Android. - Follow modern AI-assisted development workflows ("vibe coding") using tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency and code quality. Web Dashboard - Develop a responsive web-based management dashboard with features such as: - User management - Data visualization - Reporting and analytics - System administration - API integration with the mobile application Preferred frontend technologies: React (preferred) Vue.js Backend technologies: Java (Spring Boot preferred) or other enterprise-grade backend frameworks Database: PostgreSQL Technical Requirements Clean, scalable, and well-documented architecture RESTful API design Secure authentication and authorization Responsive UI/UX Git version control AI-assisted coding workflow experience is highly preferred Project Timeline The project must be completed within 3 weeks, including: ( The high-fidelity design phase is now complete/Figma) - System architecture design - Full development and coding - Internal testing - Pilot/UAT testing - Bug fixing - Deployment to production
