Resize Car Wrap Artwork

I already have the finished artwork for a car wrap in both Adobe Illustrator and PDF format. The design itself is locked; what I need now is for you to scale it accurately for print, adding the correct bleed, trims, and resolution settings so the print shop can output it without any further tweaks...
