Senior Technical Assessment Expert Needed

Mission: Technical assessment of a developer candidate (fintech) — fixed date. Context: we are hiring a lead developer to rebuild a neobank platform (Node.js/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS ECS/RDS, Terraform, GitHub Actions CI/CD). We are not technical and need an independent senior expert to assess one candidate on our behalf. The candidate has already completed a paid technical assignment (a mini onboarding app — simulated payment, mock KYC, automatic account creation — deployed on AWS with IaC, CI/CD and monitoring); the code is delivered and waiting for review. FIXED SCHEDULE — please only apply if you are firmly available: - Tuesday: code + infrastructure review (read-only GitHub access + evaluation grid provided, ~2-3h). - Tuesday or Wednesday: you lead a 60-min live debrief in English with the candidate (walkthrough, architecture questions, one live code modification requested on the spot). - Written one-page assessment in English: strengths, weaknesses, risks, hire/no-hire recommendation. IMPORTANT: the candidate is an English speaker — the debrief is entirely in English; fluent spoken English is mandatory. No intro call needed; we align in writing to move fast. Profile: 8+ years, hands-on Node.js/TypeScript, AWS and Terraform in production, CI/CD, fintech experience a plus, experience running technical interviews. Ability to explain findings to non-technical decision-makers.
