Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack) – AI Agents, Multimodal Pipelines & Platform Optimization

About the Project We are an innovative, New Jersey-registered AI technology venture, UniMedia AI LLC, preparing for the commercial launch of our cutting-edge multimodal generative ecosystem. Our platform orchestrates complex, automated media production workflows, integrating advanced text-to-speech engines, music generation systems, and automated video pipelines. The core architecture is built, and we are now seeking a world-class Senior AI Engineer with extensive, deep expertise in autonomous AI Agents to help optimize, secure, fine-tune, and finalize our platform’s massive capabilities for market readiness. Scope of Work & Responsibilities As our lead contract engineer, you will step directly into our secure development workstation cluster and take ownership of critical infrastructure refinement: Advanced AI Agent Orchestration: Architect, optimize, and fine-tune autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex, multi-step creative workflows with minimal latency and high reliability. API Framework Integration: Maintain, secure, and seamlessly wrap external generative model APIs across our media labs (including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Fal.ai, Suno, Replicate, etc.). Full-Stack Pipeline Fine-Tuning: Refine, debug, and optimize our live hosting environment pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and our backend systems utilizing Supabase and GitHub. Performance & Security Optimization: Implement robust logging, secure API routing, protect cloud workstation boundaries, and optimize server-side workloads to ensure a flawless, distraction-free user dashboard experience. Required Technical Skillset Deep GenAI & Agent Expertise: Proven track record building production-grade autonomous AI agents, multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom implementations), and chaining multimodal pipelines. Backend & Cloud Architecture: Mastery of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud computing clusters, and secure serverless/edge environments. Database & Tools: Strong proficiency with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Realtime, Auth), Git/GitHub workflow management, and building secure API architectures. Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, with a deep understanding of full-stack application data flows and webhooks. Problem-Solver Mindset: Ability to audit existing enterprise code bases, identify architectural bottlenecks, and implement clean, modular, and well-documented solutions. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working directly with text-to-speech, AI music, or automated video generation models. Experience managing or configuring secure remote developer workstations (GCP Workstations). Strong communication skills and availability to sync with our core engineering team.
