Currently, our team is spending too much time manually moving data, updating trackers, and managing handoffs between tools. We want to map these processes out and build airtight, automated workflows so we can scale our operations efficiently. What You Will Do: Map & Build: Audit our current manual workflows and design visual, automated pipelines using [Choose your tools: Make.com / Zapier / n8n]. API Integrations: Connect various cloud apps, CRMs, and databases via REST APIs and webhooks. Error Handling: Build robust data validation and error-handling steps so that if an automation fails, it alerts us gracefully (e.g., via Slack) rather than failing silently. Documentation: Provide a clean handover, including lightweight documentation or a brief video walkthrough explaining how the workflows function. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record building complex, multi-step workflows on [Make.com / Zapier / n8n]. Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON data structures, and database logic. Experience integrating tools like [List your specific apps here, e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, OpenAI]. Bonus: Ability to write custom JavaScript or Python snippets inside automation nodes when native app connectors fall short.
