WordPress Website Designer and Developer

## Project Overview We are looking for a WordPress Website Designer and Developer to create a modern, responsive website with approximately 20 or more pages. The developer should manage the project from website planning and design through to WordPress development, testing and launch. ## Design Direction The website should have a premium, minimalist black-and-white design inspired by: https://www.tryprofound.com/ The website should not directly copy the reference. We want a similar style using: * Clean layouts * Strong typography * Clear content sections * Subtle animations * Professional visuals * Strong calls to action * Consistent desktop and mobile design ## Responsibilities The developer will be responsible for: * Recommending the website structure and sitemap * Creating wireframes or initial page layouts * Designing the website in Figma or a similar platform * Building approximately 20 or more pages in WordPress * Creating reusable page templates and design components * Ensuring the website is responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile * Setting up contact forms and third-party integrations * Optimising images, scripts, caching and website speed * Recommending and configuring the best hosting provider * Setting up SSL, backups, security and staging * Testing links, forms, layouts and browser compatibility * Launching the website * Providing basic training or documentation * Providing an agreed post-launch support period ## Expected Deliverables * Website plan and sitemap * Wireframes and design concepts * WordPress website with 20 or more pages * Reusable page templates * Responsive desktop, tablet and mobile layouts * Speed and performance optimisation * Hosting and domain configuration * Website testing and launch * Training or handover documentation ## Application Requirements Please include: 1.
