Update WP site and PHP

Some of the features on our site are loading slow. Updates to plugins and WP have created some conflicts that need to be adjusted to load smoothly. Some of this is built custom in PHP and need someone with PHP experience to fix. Mostly small fixes and should be completed within a day.
