Senior Developer or Team for the Healthcare Software

We are looking for a healthcare developer to help us build and scale a platform for doctors. The software needs to work closely with hospital systems, so we need someone who understands how to move medical data securely and accurately. If you have experience turning older medical data formats into modern web applications and getting them to work inside major EMR systems, we would like to talk to you. In this role, you will be building and maintaining integrations using HL7 and FHIR. You will develop SMART on FHIR apps that launch either inside systems like Epic and Cerner or as standalone tools. We also use CDS Hooks to give doctors real-time insights and use Mirth Connect to manage how data moves between systems. You will also handle large data exports using Bulk FHIR. We need someone who has a deep understanding of FHIR resources and can work with specific implementation guides. You should be comfortable mapping clinical data using standards like LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, and RxNorm. Since we handle patient information, staying HIPAA compliant and knowing how to properly encrypt or de-identify data is essential. Ideally, you have strong backend skills in languages like Python, Node.js, or PHP and have spent time working in EHR sandbox environments. We are looking for a senior-level expert for this ongoing project.
