We're looking for an experienced AI and full stack developer to build a multi tenant AI customer support platform.
This is not a project to build a separate chatbot for each client. We're building a single scalable platform where one AI agent architecture serves multiple businesses while keeping each client's data and conversations securely isolated.
The platform should:
* Support customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and website live chat through one unified AI agent.
* Use RAG (retrieval augmented generation) to access live product catalogues from WooCommerce and custom ecommerce stores, ensuring responses always reflect current inventory, pricing, and product information.
* Perform real business actions using tool calling or function calling, such as checking product availability, creating orders or leads, and interacting with business systems, not just answering FAQs.
* Be designed for secure multi tenant architecture, scalability, and reliable data isolation.
