We are building a gamified EdTech web app for exam preparation, and we need a creative React motion developer to bring our animation and gamification system to life. The app is already built . We need one person who can both create animation assets and integrate them smoothly into the app. You will be responsible for building polished, lightweight, student-friendly animations such as streak celebrations, level-up moments, badge unlocks, XP counters, progress rings, answer feedback, button interactions, loading states, empty states, leaderboard animations, and mascot states. We are especially interested in someone who can work with **Rive and/or Lottie**, plus **Framer Motion** inside React. The goal is not just to make flashy animations, but to make the app feel rewarding, motivating, and premium without distracting students while they are solving questions. You should have strong React experience, good frontend animation skills, and a portfolio with live clickable web links where we can actually feel your animations. Please do not apply with only video reels; we need someone who has shipped animations inside real web apps. Skills required: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie, UI Animation, Motion Design, Frontend Development, CSS Animation, Web Animation. Nice to have: EdTech experience, gamified app experience, quiz app experience, mascot/character animation, Duolingo-style product experience, Rive state machines, performance optimization. When applying, please answer: 1. Share 2 live links where I can click and feel your animations. 2. Have you shipped Lottie or Rive inside a React app? Which one did you use and why? 3. How would you keep animations rewarding without distracting students during questions? 4. Roughly how would you animate a “30-day streak” celebration? 5. What tool would you use for a mascot with multiple states: Rive, Lottie, Framer Motion, or a mix? Why? We are looking for someone who can think like both a motion designer and a frontend developer. The animations should feel smooth, fast, emotionally rewarding, and production-ready.
