Healthcare Automation & Systems Integration Specialist (Cliniko, Xero & AI)

We are seeking an experienced automation and systems integration specialist for a short-term project to optimise workflows within our growing healthcare business. Project Scope We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience with healthcare practice management systems, particularly Cliniko, and can assist with: Integrating Cliniko with Xero to streamline invoicing and financial workflows. Designing and implementing AI-powered automations to improve administrative efficiency across our healthcare clinics. Developing an intelligent online referral form within Cliniko or integrating an external platform (e.g. Snapforms) with Cliniko. Building or integrating an AI chatbot for our website to assist with patient enquiries, referrals and navigation. Recommending additional workflow automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual administration and enhance the patient experience. This is initially a short-term project with clearly defined deliverables. However, we have a number of digital transformation initiatives planned over the coming months, so there is strong potential for an ongoing working relationship with the right person.
