WordPress Site Restoration from Backup

My WordPress site was accidentally wiped, but I still have a complete backup in a single ZIP archive stored on my local computer. I can log in to the hosting control panel (cPanel) and create databases, manage files through File Manager or FTP, and reach phpMyAdmin...
