WordPress & Webflow Expert Needed for Ongoing Website Development and Optimization

Summary We are looking for an experienced WordPress and Webflow Expert to join our team for ongoing website development, maintenance, and optimization projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable building new websites, improving existing ones, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing best practices for performance, SEO, and user experience. We're looking for a long-term partner who takes ownership of projects, communicates proactively, and delivers clean, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Develop responsive websites using WordPress and Webflow Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect websites Customize WordPress themes and plugins Build and maintain Webflow CMS websites Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems Implement Technical SEO best practices Configure forms, animations, integrations, and CMS collections Perform website migrations and ongoing maintenance Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards Required Skills Strong experience with WordPress Strong experience with Webflow HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript PHP (WordPress customization) Webflow CMS Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders Responsive web design Website speed optimization Technical SEO fundamentals Basic understanding of Schema markup Git/version control (preferred) Nice to Have WooCommerce experience Webflow Memberships & Logic API integrations Zapier or Make.com automation Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Basic UI/UX knowledge Finsweet Attributes GSAP or advanced Webflow animations To Apply Please answer the following: Share 3-5 WordPress websites you've developed.
