I'm the founder of a growing sports website focused on helping beginners get into sports, with golf being the first sport we're covering. My long-term goal is to expand into multiple sports while building a professional, fast, and user-friendly website. I'm looking for a long-term WordPress developer who can become my go-to technical partner as the website grows. About the role: I create the content, SEO strategy, website structure, and internal linking. I am not looking for someone to write articles or decide my content strategy. Instead, I'm looking for someone who can take my pages and make them look and perform better. Examples of work include: -Improve page layouts and overall design -Create reusable page templates -Improve mobile responsiveness -Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals -Build clean callout boxes, comparison tables, and other design elements -Improve navigation and user experience -Fix WordPress issues and plugin conflicts when needed -Help implement new ideas as the website grows What I'm looking for: -Strong WordPress experience -Good eye for clean, modern web design -Understanding of SEO best practices -Strong communication -Comfortable working on an existing website instead of rebuilding everything How we'll work: I'll continue creating the content and planning the site's structure.
