A mobile responsive and pwa app for a saas project

We are building a saas for law offices in middle east, and we need to build a pwa for admin portal, admin portal is the site being used by law offices to manage thier cases, settlements, services.... The project almost have 140 screens with around 15 visual/ux patterns Whats needed: - start by each visual pattern and put a design until we agree on it and then apply to everywhere thay visual pattern is used - no api work is need, the website is already functional so the work is only frontend - arabic is your first language - the website support mutliple languages and ltr +rtl - the project will be done in milestones each visual pattern is a milestone, at each milenstone we will review and check the next milestone if the work is good The current budget 1000usd for all project and all milestones
