AI Application Developer — Internal Tools & API Integrations

We’re looking for an experienced developer to build custom AI-powered tools for our e-commerce business. Proposed initial scope - Build an internal assistant that answers questions using company-approved documents and provides source references. - Create customer-support response drafts for human review before sending. - Connect approved business systems through official APIs and authorized accounts. - Implement access controls, error handling, logging and automated tests. - Evaluate response accuracy, reliability and operating costs. Deliverables - Working application and source code. - Agreed document and API integrations. - Tests and documentation of known limitations. - Deployment instructions and technical handover. We will agree on the specific workflow, milestones and acceptance criteria before development begins. Required experience - Building and deploying applications using LLM APIs. - Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript skills. - Backend development, databases and API integrations. - Document retrieval, AI-output evaluation and secure handling of business data. - Production debugging and clear technical communication. Experience with Grok/xAI through official APIs is welcome. The model and technology choices will depend on the agreed requirements. All work must use authorized data and comply with the relevant platforms’ terms. The project does not involve bypassing restrictions, unauthorized scraping, spam or fake engagement.
