AI Automation & Data Analytics Specialist Company: Vision Infrastructure Group Services (VIGS) Location: Remote / Offshore Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Systems Designer / COO / Operations Leadership About VIGS Vision Infrastructure Group Services (VIGS) is building a technology-enabled group of operating businesses across construction, infrastructure and services. We are developing an operating model where AI, automation, data and connected systems are core to how we operate and scale. We are looking for an AI Automation & Data Analytics Specialist who can identify opportunities, build solutions and improve how our businesses operate. This is not a traditional IT support or reporting role. We are looking for someone who thinks: “There is a better way to do this — and I can build it.” Role Purpose The AI Automation & Data Analytics Specialist will help design, build and improve AI-powered systems across VIGS and its operating businesses. You will work closely with our Systems Designer, who will act as your technical lead and guide the overall architecture, priorities and system development direction. Your role will focus on taking business problems, identifying technology solutions, building automations, improving data visibility and helping create a scalable AI-powered operating system. The role combines: AI automation Workflow automation Business system integrations Data analytics Dashboard development Process improvement AI-enabled service development Key Responsibilities AI & Automation Development Identify repetitive, manual and inefficient processes. Build AI-assisted workflows across operations, sales, customer service and administration. Develop AI agents and automated workflows. Automate data collection, reporting, notifications and approvals. Test and improve automation performance. Document workflows and system processes. Tools may include: OpenAI Claude Gemini OpenClaw Hermes AI agents LLM workflows n8n Zapier Make Systems Integration Work with the Systems Designer to connect and optimise VIGS technology systems. Systems include: Monday.com ServiceM8 GoHighLevel (GHL) Google Workspace CRM platforms Reporting systems Accounting systems Operational platforms Responsibilities: Build API and webhook integrations. Create reliable data flows between platforms. Reduce duplicate manual data entry. Troubleshoot integration issues. Maintain automation reliability. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Convert business data into useful insights. Responsibilities: Build dashboards and reporting systems. Analyse operational, sales, marketing and financial data. Develop KPIs and performance tracking. Identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Create automated management reporting. Areas may include: Lead generation Sales conversion Revenue Profitability Job performance Customer response times Team productivity Marketing ROI AI Product & Service Development Help VIGS develop internal AI capabilities and future AI-enabled services. Responsibilities include: Research practical AI applications. Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Test AI solutions in real business environments. Convert successful solutions into repeatable systems. Identify opportunities where AI can create commercial value. The expectation is to build and deploy solutions, not simply recommend software. Systems Ownership Together with the Systems Designer, you will help maintain and improve the VIGS automation and analytics ecosystem. Responsibilities: Maintain automation workflows. Monitor system performance. Improve data quality. Maintain dashboards. Document integrations. Identify opportunities for improvement. Support scalable system development. Required Skills Essential Experience in automation, systems, analytics or technology. Strong understanding of business processes. Experience building workflows and integrations. Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data structures. Practical experience using AI tools and LLMs. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly. Strong documentation skills.
