AI Automation Expert Needed for Lead Follow-Up, Qualification, CRM Integration & Appointment Booking

We get leads from our website and sometimes from Facebook, but we’re slow to follow up. We want to fix that with a simple AI automation. Here’s what we need: When a new lead comes in, we want the system to check the details, ask a few basic qualifying questions if needed, save everything in our CRM, and let our team know if it’s worth calling. If the lead is good, it should also offer them a booking link or schedule a call. We already use a CRM and are open to using n8n, Make, or whatever you think will work best. We don’t need anything overly complicated—just something reliable that actually works and doesn’t break when we’re not watching it. Ideally, you’ve built something similar before. Please tell us briefly what you built, what tools you used, and roughly how long it took. A short demo or screen recording would be great, but it’s not required. We’d like to start soon and get a first version working within a week or two if possible.
