AI (Chatbot) Developer Needed to Diagnose and Fix Integration Issue

We have an AI chatbot already developed and integrated into our website. Most of its functionality works correctly, but there is a small technical issue affecting the consistency of its responses. The chatbot occasionally fails to return a response, displays an error, or provides an incomplete answer. We need an experienced AI developer to inspect the existing implementation, identify the root cause, and apply a reliable fix. Scope of work: - Review the current chatbot and AI API integration - Diagnose the response-handling issue - Check API requests, error handling, and conversation history - Fix the bug without rebuilding the chatbot - Test the solution across desktop and mobile browsers - Confirm that the chatbot works reliably on the live website Experience with OpenAI APIs, AI chatbot development, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies is preferred.
