API for Interactive Brokers

Looking for someone with hands-on experience with Interactive Brokers (IBKR) API to create a custom conditional order. I want an order that will automatically close a specific multi-leg options position when: The underlying stock reaches a specific price, and The options combo price is below/above a specific level. I currently use IBKR Desktop/TWS and have never used the API, so I will also need guidance setting everything up and learning how to use it. IBKR API + options experience is required. Please describe similar projects you have done.
