Automated Listing Monitor + Auto Contact Tool

Need a script that monitors a classifieds site for new listings matching set filters, pulls a pricing reference for each match, and sends an automated text to the lister based on that pricing logic. Should run on a schedule, avoid duplicates, and log results. Looking for someone with experience in web scraping, SMS/texting APIs, and basic automation/data lookups.
