About the Role We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Community Engagement & Marketing Manager to support the growth and visibility of Peekapak across the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of communications, storytelling, and community building. You will play a key role in bringing our work to life- capturing impact in schools, supporting marketing events, engaging our educator community, and amplifying our presence across channels. You will work closely with schools, educators, and administrators to ensure our programs are not only delivered effectively, but also seen, felt, and shared. Responsibilities The Community Engagement & Marketing Manager will support Peekapak’s communications, marketing, events, and community-building efforts across the UAE. Key responsibilities include: Develop and share stories of impact from schools, educators, students, families, and community partners. Coordinate case studies, school spotlights, interviews, testimonials, filming, and in-school content capture. Draft content for newsletters, social media, partner updates, reports, event communications, and other public-facing materials. Support marketing and outreach campaigns to build awareness of Peekapak among school leaders, operators, and education partners. Conduct introductory demonstrations of Peekapak’s learning programs for interested schools and partners. Support follow-up with interested schools and help transition new partners to the program team for onboarding. Plan and support professional development workshops, family wellbeing workshops, school events, community showcases, and recognition initiatives. Coordinate event logistics, including communications, materials, schedules, school coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Capture event highlights, including photos, videos, quotes, testimonials, and key moments for storytelling and reporting. Work with internal/external teams to turn raw content into compelling stories. Help translate Peekapak’s applied research and program findings into accessible insights for media, social media, conferences, community events, and partner communications. Support the implementation of a Future Ready Champion Award recognizing wellbeing leadership across students, educators, families, and community members. Help curate an Intergenerational Story Archive that captures reflections from family engagement sessions and student learning experiences. Support the planning and delivery of a culminating youth and educator wellbeing showcase with participating schools across the UAE. Build and nurture relationships with educators, school leaders, facilitators, families, and community stakeholders. Support social media content creation and publishing across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Help manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality posting across digital channels. Engage with Peekapak’s online community and amplify key milestones, events, stories, and program outcomes. Work with Peekapak’s PR agency and communications partners to support media opportunities, prepare briefs, coordinate approvals, share impact stories, and track coverage. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, community engagement, or a related role. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with attention to tone and audience. Comfortable capturing content (photo/video) and working on basic editing or coordinating production. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities. Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience working in education is an asset. Experience working with a PR agency is a plus.
