Objectie Briljant Sieraden (www.briljant-sieraden.nl) requires a secure B2B dealer portal where approved dealers can view dealer-specific information and place orders directly with Briljant. Key Func&onali&es Dealer login & access - Dealer accounts cannot be created freely by users. - Accounts are created and provided exclusively by the admin (Briljant Sieraden). - Only approved and logged-in dealers have access to B2B functionality and dealer-specific information. Pricing - Consumer retail prices are always displayed on the front-end. - Wholesale prices will never be shown on the front-end. - AIer logging in, dealers can also see the applicable wholesale prices within their portal for each peach of jewelry and all the variations. - Purchase prices must not be visible to non-logged-in users or regular consumers. Stock availability - Dealers can see whether a product is currently in stock aIer logging in. If not in stock, then It's possible to order but the delivery time will be a bit longer because it needs to be custom made. Only ‘’in stock’’ notifications on product variation level is required. - Wholesale prices and stock status are supplied through an import file and should be updated based on the latest available data. Dealer ordering - Logged-in dealers can submit orders directly to Briljant. - When placing an order, dealers must be able to specify the composition/configuration of the jewellery piece (materials, sizes, stones, etc.), all coming from the product import and as shown on the front-end. The order form should also include: - Dealer’s reference - Additional comments/remarks - Orders are submiTed to Briljant for further processing. Data Import The extra dealer-specific product data as wholesale prices and stock will be provided through an import file.
