**Technical Mechanic — Website Deployment & Maintenance** Remote · Contract · As needed I’m seeking a reliable technical professional to help deploy and maintain a growing portfolio of websites and digital projects. I develop the concepts, content, designs, and initial builds with AI assistance. Your role is to take prepared files and clear instructions, resolve technical issues, and deliver a working, tested result. **Primary responsibilities** - Deploy prepared websites and updates. - Configure and troubleshoot domains, DNS, HTTPS, and hosting. - Work with GitHub, Cloudflare, and GoDaddy. - Diagnose code, configuration, and deployment problems. - Verify mobile and desktop functionality, links, forms, and connected workflows. - Maintain source control, backups, recovery instructions, and a concise record of completed work. **The right fit** You have practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and hosting. You can inspect AI-generated code, work independently from a clear brief, and explain problems and solutions plainly. You respect established creative direction, keep accounts and source files under our ownership, and identify additional costs or scope changes before proceeding. **Engagement** We will begin with a small paid assignment with an agreed scope and spending cap. Ongoing work will be assigned as needed.
