Custom-Coded Business Website — One-Time Project, Full Source Code Ownership

Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced web developer to build a professional, modern website for my business, GrooveSD. I am looking for someone who can build the website from scratch and deliver the complete source code. I do NOT want to be locked into a monthly website-building service. The finished website should be fast, professional, mobile-friendly, easy to maintain, and ready for me to host on my own hosting account. What I Need * Custom-coded website * Modern, clean, professional design * Fully responsive on iPhone, Android, tablet, and desktop * Fast loading * Smooth animations/interactions where appropriate * Professional navigation * Contact section/form * Social media links * Basic SEO setup * Google Analytics/analytics-ready * SSL-ready * Proper favicon and metadata * Optimized images/assets * Clean, organized code Important — Ownership This is extremely important: I need 100% ownership of the finished website and source code. When the project is completed, I want: * Complete source code * All HTML/CSS/JavaScript or framework files * All images/assets that I have paid for * GitHub repository or complete downloadable project * Any necessary database/files * Deployment instructions * All login/access information related to the website I do not want the website dependent on the developer’s personal hosting account, server, subscription, or proprietary software. I need to be able to take the website to another developer or hosting provider in the future if necessary. Hosting I plan to purchase and control my own domain and hosting account. You will need to help me deploy the finished website to my hosting account and make sure everything works correctly. I do not need ongoing monthly maintenance from the developer. If you offer optional maintenance, that’s fine, but it should NOT be required for the website to continue functioning.
