Deploy Existing Replit Web App with Google Drive and EU Database

I need an experienced full-stack developer to take my existing working Replit-based L2LP evidence web app into production. The work involves migrating the database and hosting to an Ireland/EU region, preserving and completing the Google Shared Drive evidence-storage integration, configuring authentication and security, testing the existing features, and deploying it under accounts that I own. The app is already built and works well, so I am looking for minor fixes and deployment—not a complete rebuild. My fixed budget is approximately $500. Please apply only if you can work with the existing codebase and bring it into production within or close to this budget. Do not propose a complete rebuild without first inspecting the current application. The first milestone will be a review of the existing code and confirmation that the agreed deployment can be completed within budget before major changes are made. Development must use fictional test data only, not real student records.
