Develop VICIDial Agent Screen Functionality Inside Odoo CRM (Real-Time Integration / Replication)

We are looking for an experienced developer to build or replicate the VICIDial agent screen within Odoo CRM, enabling telephony integration for our internal or client use cases. The objective is to streamline the call center experience by consolidating lead management and dialer functionalities within Odoo — removing the need to switch between Odoo and VICIDial. Key Features to Develop: Agent login panel (integrated with VICIDial credentials) Live call feed (incoming/outgoing) Customer information pop-up when call connects Disposition buttons inside Odoo CRM Call notes, history, and recording links stored on lead/opportunity Call status updates (available, on call, paused, etc.)
