Elementor Developer Needed to Complete Email Signup Popup

We’re looking for an experienced WordPress developer to finish an email signup popup that has already been started using Elementor or Elementor Pro. The popup should be fully functional, responsive on desktop and mobile, and properly connected to our email marketing platform.
