Colle ceci dans « Décrivez vos besoins » : --- FINISH A LIVE WOOCOMMERCE + DOKAN MARKETPLACE AND MAKE IT READY FOR PUBLIC LAUNCH Site: https://blewu.com | Hosting: Hostinger | Storefront language: French | Currency: XOF (CFA franc) | Country: Togo This is NOT a new build. The marketplace already exists and is publicly accessible. I need an experienced WooCommerce/Dokan specialist to finish the remaining work, remove all demo content, make real payments and shipping work for Togo, and prepare a clean public launch. I will give WordPress admin access after hiring. I am the only WordPress administrator. Do not create extra admin accounts unless I ask. Do not install random plugins without approval. 1. WHAT IS ALREADY IN PLACE (DO NOT REBUILD) Stack already installed and in use: WordPress 6.9.7 (update to 7.1 pending), WooCommerce 10.8.1, Dokan + Dokan Pro 5.0.17, theme Wolmart 1.10.0 + Wolmart Core 1.10.1, Elementor 4.1.4, Hostinger, HTTPS, PHP 8.3.30. Currency: West African CFA franc (XOF). Store country: Togo. Address started: Lomé, Kégué, Nasod (city and postal code still empty). Logo “Blewu Cosmétique”, French UI, seller login button. Already done: 5 REAL products (wigs / wig installation, niacinamide serum, rosemary oil, tape-in extensions), 1 REAL Dokan vendor store (keep it — do not delete real vendors), privacy policy in French, a Togo phone number already shown in the site footer. Your job is to finish, clean, configure, and test — not to replace Wolmart/Dokan with another theme or plugin. 2. CURRENT STATE (AUDIT, SEPTEMBER 2026) The site is live (https://blewu.com opens with no password), but it is NOT ready for a commercial launch. Catalog: 25 published products, only 5 real. 20 are Wolmart dummy products with Latin titles (Ipsa eum, Nam modi, Nobis, Accusamus, etc.), fake 60 percent discounts, 0 reviews, price 199 CFA / 500 CFA. 8 products in trash. Homepage mixes real and dummy products. Hero/banner is empty (a faint “2026” placeholder remains). Header/footer still has demo copy: “free shipping over 99 USD”, “Customer Support”, “Call or email us 24/7” — in English and US dollars, while the store is CFA / French. Users: 28 WordPress users. 1 administrator (the owner). 22 customers — mostly dummy accounts on disposable mail services and fake “VS …” accounts. 5 Dokan vendors: 1 real, 4 demo (including inactive dummy vendors). The Dummy Content Generator plugin is STILL ACTIVE. The admin bar still shows “Manage dummy data”. Orders: 29 orders (19 processing, 6 completed, 3 pending, 1 cancelled), June–July 2026. All appear to be test/demo orders (VS UK Billing, VS Guest, and similar dummy names). None should remain as real customer history. Payments: Stripe in TEST mode only. PayPal setup not finished (“action required”). WooPayments is not supported in Togo — do not rely on it. No local Togo method visible (Mobile Money / TMoney / Moov / cash on delivery / bank transfer). Shipping: no real shipping zones. Only the default “Rest of the World” zone, with NO shipping method. The store is set to “sell to all countries” and “ship to all countries”. Unsuitable for a Togo launch. SEO: WordPress Reading setting is ON: “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”. Do NOT uncheck this until dummy content is gone and the homepage is clean. Legal / content: privacy policy exists in French (footer contact is still a personal webmail address — must change to a mailbox on the site domain). Terms and conditions exist in wp-admin but the public URL often returns 404 depending on the slug — must be fixed and linked in the footer and checkout. Refund and Returns Policy is still in English. “Become a Vendor” is still Wolmart demo (Latin text, listing fee 0 USD, “Success stories from Wolmart sellers”). About / Contact pages must be completed in French, using a professional mailbox on the site domain once it exists. Email: public contact is still a personal webmail address, not a mailbox on the site domain. No SMTP plugin. WooCommerce order emails are not reliable. Customer email verification plugins are installed but inactive. Security / hygiene: Wordfence installed but INACTIVE. UpdraftPlus backups installed but INACTIVE. LiteSpeed Cache installed but INACTIVE. Site Health: no page cache detected, slow server. Error logging to a potentially public file (critical issue). 11 inactive plugins + unused default themes still on the server. About 17 plugin updates + WordPress 7.1 + Wolmart pending. Dokan shows “data update required”. 3. SCOPE OF WORK Work in the live WordPress admin. Take a full backup (files + database) BEFORE any cleanup or updates. Give me the backup location / Hostinger restore point. MILESTONE 1 — Backup + dummy cleanup (must be first) Full backup. Remove ALL Wolmart/Dokan dummy content from the public site: 20 Latin dummy products (keep the 5 real Blewu products), dummy vendors (keep the 1 real vendor store), dummy customers, 29 test orders. Remove dummy homepage modules (Latin products, 99 USD shipping strip, English “Customer Support”). Deactivate and delete “WP Dummy Content Generator”. Confirm that shop, homepage, vendor list and search no longer show lorem / Latin / US-dollar demo text. MILESTONE 2 — Payments that work in Togo (XOF) A real customer in Togo must be able to pay. Take Stripe OUT of test mode OR remove it if it cannot settle XOF/Togo — explain before switching live. Finish or remove PayPal. Do not leave “action required” on a live checkout. Do not use WooPayments as the main gateway. Configure AT LEAST one method that works for Togo: Mobile Money (TMoney / Mixx by Yas / Moov), cash on delivery / pickup in Lomé, and/or bank transfer. Checkout must show CFA (XOF) only. Tests: 1 sandbox order AND 1 small live payment (I will approve the live test). Document gateways, refunds, and Dokan vendor commissions. I will create merchant accounts if needed; you configure WordPress/WooCommerce/Dokan. MILESTONE 3 — Shipping for Togo Create real zones: 1) Lomé / Greater Lomé, 2) rest of Togo, 3) optional nearby countries we agree on. Add real methods and prices in CFA (no leftover “99 USD”). Do NOT leave “ship to all countries” unless I ask. Fill city and postal code with values I provide. Cart/checkout must calculate shipping before payment. If Dokan vendors ship themselves, configure Dokan shipping so it does not conflict with WooCommerce. Document the model (admin ships vs vendor ships). MILESTONE 4 — Homepage, French content, legal, vendor onboarding Finish the homepage hero (no empty grey block, no leftover “2026”). Homepage, shop, footer, header: French only. Rewrite / complete in French: Home, About, Contact (the form must send), Become a Vendor (replace Wolmart demo; confirm the real Dokan commission with me before publishing numbers), Terms and conditions (fix the permalink, no 404, link in footer and checkout), Refunds and returns in French, privacy policy contact = professional mailbox on the site domain once it exists. Footer: that same professional mailbox + the Togo phone number already on the site. Unpublish leftover demo pages (Coming Soon, etc.). Check mobile: header, search, cart, vendor button, checkout. MILESTONE 5 — Email, SMTP, Hostinger mailbox Create or connect a professional mailbox on the site domain via Hostinger. Configure SMTP so WordPress / WooCommerce / Dokan / Contact Form 7 actually send. From-name: Blewu Market. From-address: the site-domain mailbox (not personal webmail). Test evidence: new order (customer + admin), vendor new order, password reset, contact form. Check SPF / DKIM / DMARC in Hostinger DNS. MILESTONE 6 — Security, updates, performance, go-live New backup. Apply updates in a safe order. If a Wolmart/Dokan update is risky, stop and tell me. Run the Dokan data update if still required. Activate Wordfence + 2FA on the administrator account, with me. Activate scheduled backups and document restore. Activate LiteSpeed Cache correctly for WooCommerce (exclude cart, checkout, my account, vendor dashboard). Do NOT run two cache plugins. Turn off public error logging / WP_DEBUG. Remove unused inactive plugins and default themes. Only AFTER milestones 1 to 4: uncheck “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”. Site Health: no remaining CRITICAL issues. Deliver a short go-live document and a 20-minute handover. END-TO-END ACCEPTANCE TEST (required before final payment): A) Customer: register, add a REAL product, checkout, pay, receive emails, order visible in WooCommerce and in the correct vendor dashboard. B) Vendor: log in and see the order. C) Admin: Dokan commissions with no errors. D) Mobile + desktop, two browsers. E) No dummy product, dummy vendor, leftover English theme text, or “99 USD” on public pages.
