Full Stack Developer - Agentic Coding

- 5+ years of full-stack experience: React (component architecture, hooks) and Python (FastAPI or a comparable async framework) - Strong SQL and ORM experience (PostgreSQL + SQLAlchemy) — comfortable designing schemas, not just querying them - REST API design and OpenAPI/contract-first development - Hands-on experience working with AI coding assistants as a primary development workflow — able to scope tasks for an AI agent and critically review its output - Experience integrating SSO (OAuth/SAML) - Experience with secure file transfer (SFTP) or file-sync tooling - Git discipline: small commits, PR review, comfortable working on a shared repo with scoped access controls
