About the Role We are a growing software development agency seeking a Full Stack Developer with outstanding English communication skills to work directly with our U.S.-based clients. This is primarily a client-facing technical role, not a full-time coding position. You'll serve as the main communication bridge between our clients and our development team, ensuring technical discussions, requirements, and project updates are handled professionally. Responsibilities Lead client meetings and technical discussions in fluent, natural English. Gather and clarify software development requirements. Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and solutions to clients. Coordinate with our full stack development team. Help manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships. Requirements Hands-on experience in full stack web development. Working knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and databases. Excellent spoken English and confident, natural communication skills. Proven experience working directly with U.S.-based clients. Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, understandable language. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
