Full Stack Engineer with a good command of English

I need a full stack developer who's mastered Javascript, like React, Node.js and Python, etc. and can own the projects and handle it seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and be able to manage projects independently. He/she should have a good command of English, like native ones and should be available in working hours in the US timezones
