Full-Stack React Next.js Developer

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to improve an existing real estate website by building a modern, responsive lead capture form with automated notifications. Scope of Work Build a responsive form using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Develop a Node.js API with server-side validation and basic spam protection. Store leads in a MySQL database. Integrate an API for automatic notifications. Implement success and error messages, test the complete workflow, and deliver clean, maintainable code. The existing codebase and required access will be provided. The scope covers the lead form, database integration, notifications, testing, and handoff. Third-party service fees are excluded.
